By registering for the READYNEST Summer Internship Program, you agree to:

Stipend Policy
The READYNEST Summer Internship Program is performance-based. Stipends will be awarded based on:
- Quality of work and project completion
- Consistency and reliability throughout the program
- Overall contribution to the team
- Adherence to deadlines and deliverables
- Professional behavior and attitude
- Learning and skill development
Stipend amounts range from ₹0 to ₹8000 based on performance evaluation by the program mentors and coordinators.
Participation does not guarantee any stipend. All stipends are awarded solely based on performance metrics.
General Guidelines
- Maintain professional email communication with mentors
- Participate actively in all scheduled sessions
- Submit all assignments on time
- Use company resources only for authorized purposes
- Report any technical issues immediately
- Respect other interns and team members
- Do not share confidential information publicly
- Be prepared to work both online and offline as per program requirements
